Delivery estimates
Jabodetabek orders usually arrive within 2–3 days. Deliveries outside the area generally take 4–7 working days, depending on destination and courier conditions.
International orders are available through Lion Parcel. Contact our WhatsApp team before ordering.
Damaged or incorrect products
Submit a report no later than 2×24 hours after delivery. Include your order number, an unedited unboxing video and a short explanation of the issue.
Return eligibility
Returns apply to damaged or incorrectly delivered products. Opened or used products, promotional items, gifts and late claims cannot be returned.
